astrasync.shop is a production demonstration of the AstraSync agentic-commerce verification gateway, operated by AstraSync AI Pty Ltd (ABN 15 690 186 291).

By browsing the catalogue, registering an agent, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What this is

astrasync.shop is a real merchant settling real-money purchases in USD via Stripe. Price points are intentionally small ($1 to $25) to enable end-to-end agentic-commerce testing without high-value financial exposure. Despite the demonstration framing, transactions are genuine — money moves, downloads are delivered, refunds are governed by the refund policy.

2. What you can buy

Digital goods only: ebooks, briefing packs, prompt packs, and small donations. Fulfilment is by email — a signed download link is sent to the buyer's email address after payment settles. Links are single-use and expire after 7 days; contact us if you need a fresh link.

Some SKUs are visible only to verified ASTRA-ids with the appropriate PDLSS scope. This is part of the demonstration of tier-gated discovery — there's no entitlement to access agent-only SKUs without a registered identity, and we deliberately don't name agent-only SKUs in publicly readable pages so the runtime gating isn't end-run by static discovery.

3. Agent transactions

Purchases may be made by AI agents acting on behalf of a human account holder. The legal counterparty for each transaction is the human owner behind the agent's AstraSync registration — that's who's liable for payment and who has the right to request refunds, dispute charges, or exercise the privacy rights in the privacy policy.

Agents must be registered with AstraSync, have a PDLSS scope that permits the requested purpose and action, and meet the trust-score requirements set by this endpoint. Requests outside an agent's declared PDLSS are denied — agents cannot unilaterally expand their own authority.

4. Payment + currency

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed by Stripe; your card data is sent directly to Stripe and never stored by astrasync.shop. By submitting payment you authorise Stripe to charge the listed amount.

Anonymous callers can browse the catalogue at RRP but cannot transact — checkout requires a verified ASTRA-id with `shopping.purchase` in PDLSS scope. Verified callers see the verified-tier offer price, and the offer price is what's charged at checkout.

See the refund policy. Summary: refunds are issued only in cases of clearly fraudulent transactions or technical errors on our side. Donations are non-refundable.

Digital content is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or other professional advice. astrasync.shop is a demonstration platform — features may change, surfaces may go offline, and the catalogue may shift as the demonstration evolves.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AstraSync AI Pty Ltd's total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid to astrasync.shop in the preceding twelve months. Given the price points involved, this is intentionally a small number.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the demonstration evolves. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with an effective date. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

10. Governing law + contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
